guest08361	Hey guys, we're currently looking for a housemate that can move in after the 15th August. You'll be living with 4 very sociable, professional and outgoing people with great personalities. We are not only looking for a new roommate but also a new friend to join us. Our duplex apartment is located in Wangjing (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms), Atlantic City compound (大西洋新城), right next to 4th ring road, which is very modern, it has a park, a gym, a tennis court, a basketball court, a swimming pool and lots of convenient stores. The parking lot is underground with many parking spaces. It has a bus stop right downstairs, and we are near to 4 subway stations, 2 mins to Fu Tong( line 14), Taiyanggong (line 10), Wangjing West (line 13) and Wangjing (line 15). There are lots of restaurants and malls and markets (Hualian, Walmart and Carrefour) around. The room comes with a double bed and a wardrobe and air con, a table and a big bay window and you would have full access to the rest of the house, which includes two very spacious living rooms, two open balconies where we often do BBQ in the summer, a brand new kitchen and a dining room with all the appliances. You would have to share the bathroom with one person. The monthly rent is 3400 plus a 2000 deposit and is paid every three months.
