I live in Canada. My local town doesn't offer Tesol or Tefl. They have something called Tesl (Teachers of English as a Second Language). Is this valid license to teach English in China?

Is this valid license to teach in China?

I am american i would like to stay in china for 1 month and would to make some pocket money while i m there, i do have a 10 years tourist visa. what else do i need to be able to teach on a flexible schedule?
