Getting a X Visa to study or have an exchange as a hepatitis b carrier

guestA.Sh1989	Hi everyone, I'm studying Chinese language and culture in Vienna. Soon I have to make an exchange in China for a year but I am a Hepatitis B carrier. My Liver function are pretty normal and my Hepatitis is non-reactive , unfortunately I have it since my birth, Will I get a X visa or will they deny me because I am a carrier? I read since end of 2010 they do not deny hepatitis carrier anymore. Hope someone knows something about it.
