guest55168	I am planning on spending around 5-6 months in China traveling to miscellaneous places and experiencing the culture. I will have my airline ticket into and out of China booked in advance, and I will have a hotel booked in my arrival city for the first week, but I don't know where I will be staying after that. Is it a problem that I don't have my accommodation / itinerary planned for the entire trip? Is it a problem that I don't have an invitation letter? Also, I am from the USA.

GUEST40882	I think you may meet some problems because the tourist visa of China usually does not grant a stay length of 6 months.
