How to get to Huangxing walking street in Changsha

LXHM Points: Join Date: Dec 8, 2017 Status: offline	I will arrive Changsha Airport CSX at 10am and depart for next destination at 5pm same day. Do I have time to visit Huangxing walking street between these few hours? And how to get to the walking street from the airport if this is doable? Alternatively, is there a place nearby that I can spend a few hours? Thanks Lucy

Dear LXHM, you have 7 hours in between. I think it's enough for you to go to Huangxing Walking Street. If you take public tranport, you may need 2 hours for a one-way trip. If you take a taxi, one hour is enough and it may cost CNY 70.

You can also take the Maglev train from the airport to the high speed railway station and leave from exit B2. Then take bus 8 from Changsha South Railway Station, namely, the high speed railway station, and get off at Houjiatang Xi Station. Then, take subway line 1 and get off at Huangxing Square Station. Leave from exit 1 and you can see the street. Have a good trip.
