Chengdu Shuangliu Airport when are the 72hours counted?

guestarcticfox	Hello! Does anybody know for sure when the 72 hours for visa-free transit are counted in Chengdu Airport? Here on TravelChinaGuide I found the information it is calculated from 00:00 next day, but other information sources claim it is strictly calculated from arrival/ departure time. I'm really confused now. My flight schedule is: 13th Feb Frankfurt -> Chengdu 13:45 06:40 (+1) 17th Feb Chengdu -> Taipei 15:30 18:35 Thanks in advance! :)
