24-hour TWOV for turkish citizenzs

I will fly next month to Bangkok via Shanghai. I am turkish citizen but live and work in Germany with a residence permit. Since I lived in Shanghai for 6 months before I want to use my 10 hours lay over time there to refresh some memories and see some sights.

Is there any possbility for me to go out at the airport ? Or do I have to apply for an visum?
