Where can I find small non-touristic monasteries?

guestMonk	Hello guys, I am flying into Urumqi tomorrow and will travel my way down to Beijing for a month. I am really interested to find non-touristic monasteries which are not listed on the internet. I want to speak with some monks but from what I heard, monks in those touristic places are not interested to get into deep conversations and don't have time for that. So, has anyone been to any smaller monasteries which are yet undiscovered by most of the people? I am willing to travel as far as I need but it would be the best to find those places in Gansu region. Thanks!
