Chinese Visa requirement for multiple layover while on a travel to US from India

My in laws are travelling from India to USA, while transiting via China's two international airport including.
1. Guangzhou international airport : 4 hours
2. Wuhan international airport : 2 hours

Their destination is San-Francisco.
Do they need China transit visa by any chance ?

GUEST90130 If they stay inside the terminals, I would think no.

They better ask their airlines for more details.
