TCG cancellation service fees for bullet train from Shenzhen to Guilin through and back.

I have not booked the tickets with TCG yet but I would like to know in advance the following: Incase I need to cancel the ticket booked through TCG because of my Visa problems, what will be the cancellation service fees. Kindly let me know how much is the fees and regarding the Refund through PayPal. My wife is traveling with me for this instance... or you could post me a link where I could get the answers to my above questions.
