guestJJ	Good Day all I wonder if someone can help me please. I am a south african lady waiting for my Z visa. I should be flying before the end of the month and I would like my partner to come over with me. Our marriage certificate is going to take to long for us to get the S1 or S2 visa so I am looking at maybe getting a tourist visa for her and then when we are in China changing the visa. My niece currently is in China for the last two months on a student visa. Would she be able to write and invitation letter for the tourist visa, or would I explain that I am wanting my partner to visit with me when I go. She has never flown so I dont want her to go alone. If we are to get the tourist visa how long is it valid and can I then change the visa in China? Thank you so much.
