Where could I spend a private speed boat in winter?

Hello Community!
I am planing my winter vacation and would be looking for a place where I could have warm climate during January/February, see a lot of sightseeing tours and may be able to rent a private speed boat for see travels alongside the coast.

Hopefully someone here can give me one or more tipps where I could have all this.

Besides China I would you suggest Thailand and there especially Phuket for your Vacation time.
There are very nice sightseeing tours and you have the best climate in winter there.
