can anyone tell me whether or not it is definately worth havin the rabies and japanese enchaephiltis vaccinations?

I travelled for 2 months and didn't think it necessary for the rabies or japanese enchaephiltis vaccinations.

Although the locals will probably tell you to get a vaccination against japanese people in general! =O

Traveling in China is quite safe, if you are immune from temptation of the overpriced items/ souvenirs from the tourist shops.
