guest24113	I have been going to China for work purposes about 4 times a year for the past several years (just made my 18th trip). I am currently 1 year into a 10 year Visa... I was recently charged with a dui and the case is pending. My first question is will I be allowed into China while the case is pending and my second question is will I be allowed in if I am found guilty of dui or a lesser charge (reckless driving) if I get a plea deal? Please share your thoughts or experiences. Thanks.
