What are my chances to get an X1 student visa under these conditions?

For starters, I already had an X1 student visa to study in a language program in a university. However, due to an understanding, I misused my visa and went to Hong Kong S.A.R and wasn't let back in mainland China. I talked to my school and they said they may accept me even though I arrive late and the most important thing is getting another X1 visa in my home country. I have all the documents needed except for JW202 and admission notice, however, my school starts on September 5th and I will receive JW202 and admission notice by the first week of September and apply for the visa again. So, in light of these, do you think I'd be able to get a visa again? Thanks

Situation is tough perhaps just because you went to HK.

The China embassy is getting strict now a days for visas. My X1 visa is rejected even though I have CSC Scholarship (:-(

I have visited China 4 times before for office training and meetings but then I got scholarship. I have Admission Notice and JW201 but they rejected my visa and put a red stamp on my passport with date in it.

I think you must be very careful to consider re-application
