guestChristoph	Dear all, my Name is Christoph and I live in Austria. I love cooking and asian dishes. There´s a chinese restaurant that served the world best mussels. I asked them how they cook it but unfortunately they aren´t telling me their secret. So I wonder if this could be a well known dish in China? Basically the sauce is pretty hot and I can see garlic, chili and spring onions floating around. I uploaded a Picture, maybe you could help me? Thank you so much in advance, I just love them
