Transit through Beijing to Macau for Kyrgyz passport holder.

I am new here and need to ask about if passport holders of Kyrgyzstan need a transit visa to go through Beijing to get to Macau. The tickets from Bishkek to Macau are already confirmed and goes as: FRU > ALA > PEK > MFM. Although I am a US citizen, my girlfriend is a passport holder of Kyrgyzstan and resides in Kyrgyzstan. Which of the visa free transit systems is a she eligible for if the layover in Beijing (PEK) is 3.5 hours long?

GUESTGINA If the layover time in Beijing is within 24 hours, your girlfriend is eligible for 24h direct trabnsit. No need to apply for visa.
