guestPhrank	Hello, How do I get a criminal background check in Xi'an? I am an American. I have a family visa (Q2) and it allows me multiple entries with a duration of 120 days with each stay. I usually leave China before the 120 days are up. I have been in China since October 2018, but I did not register with the local police when I arrived back then and still have not registered. Therefore, I do not have a temporary residence permit or any residence form. So now I am applying for a Spanish visa because I am going to graduate school in Spain soon. They require me to get a background check because I have been "living" in China, but I am not a resident. How can I get a background check? Best, Frank
