Medical Birth certificate wrong name

guest86130 The hospital staff here did not put the correct name on our babies medical birth certificte any one know how to change? Bitish dad and Chinese mother.

how about you go back to the hospital and ask them to change it ?
or you go the police station to ask how to put the full name or correct name ?
We can change our name if we want , we just go to the police station and offer some files
