Need help transfer from Burqin City to Yining or Jinghe

Hi guys,

I have 24hours for transfer from Burqin city to Yining or Jinghe country to visit Sayram lake. So, may you suggest me the best option for this, I would like go by public bus or taxi but not find.

Please help me. Thanks
