Shanghai or Hangzhou during National Holiday/Golden Week

guest06107	Hello to China travelers and experts, I'd appreciate your advice whether to visit Shanghai or Hangzhou between October 4-th and 7-th. We (My wife myself and 3 kids) land in Shanghai on October 4-th morning. My initial plan was to escape the crowd in Shanghai and start in Hangzhou. On October 7-th afternoon we need to get to Disney hotel in Shanghai to spend the next day (October 8-th) at Disneyland. Now, I understand that Hangzhou is crowded as well as Shanghai and the transportation from Shanghai to Hangzhou during these days won't be easy. So, what would you do during the National Holiday? Is it spending the time in crowded urban modern Shanghai or in green Hangzhou which requires headaches in transportation to and From Hangzhou during these crazy days? Just making it clear, if we start in Shanghai, we will spend time in Hangzhou after the National Holidays and vice versa if we start in Hangzhou, we will spend time in Shanghai after the National Holidays. Just making it clear, if we start in Shanghai, we will spend time in Hangzhou after the National Holidays and vice versa if we start in Hangzhou, we will spend time in Shanghai after the National Holidays.
