Dual Citizen Australian and Pakistani, Beijing 144 hours free transit visa?

- Me and my family are transiting beijing for just under 144 hours (Return flight: Melbourne - Beijing - Islamabad)
- We are all traveling on Australian passports
- Some of us will also carry Pakistani passports to enter Pakistan (also as proof of citizenship)
Are we eligible for 144 hours free transit visa in Beijing and will carrying Pakistani passport cause any issue or confusion?
