Dried Chinese Chicken Shreds

guest32244 I am adept at a few chinese dishes and ingredients but one restaurant item I can find out nothing about. I am referring to the tasty jullened dried chicken meat which is served on top of Chicken Chow Mein. This was NYC or east coast.
But I can find nothing about the process of making this item, or the item itself for sale. What is it called and how do they make it?

It's julienned not jullened. You can purchase both julienned boneless chicken or cooked as well.

For the process of tasty "julienned dried chicken".The ingredients required are:
boneless chicken, corn flour, cream, salt, cheese, and butter. I use the products of "goodycs" for all my recipes as they provide fresh and quality-approved products.
