i have come to china for study and the first thing that i have discovered is the food and how it tastes like. So far i have discovered that the food is too salty and too spicy, what i would like to know though is why is their food so spicy and oily, better the only only i want to get out of this is the number of people who think that Chinese food is salty and oily.

China is big , different areas have different styles of food .
some area is spicy or not spicy , and some area is oily and some is light .
Have a try Cantonese food ,halal food in Guangzhou .
Dimsum is awesome !!
