Can I take the job offer I got in China when I am HIV positive

HONEST Points: Join Date: Jan 20, 2020 Status: offline	I applied for a job in China Shanghai, did the interviews and succeeded. The offer letter was send and I signed it and resend it back to the employer. I am am in the process of compiling other necessary documents needed for visa application in my parent country. When I checked all the requirement for Temporary residence, documents which are required include medical checkup. My question then is should I stop the whole process since I am HIV Positive because from all my researches its highly unlikely for an HIV person to be successful.
