Nanny / Ayie in Shenzhen

I've recently moved to Shenzhen with my wife and 2 year old son. I'm looking for someone to help with looking after my son. Mornings, take him to nursery and afternoon, bring him home and feed him. Or current apartment and his nursery are in Futian.

Does this sound realistic and can anyone tell me how you find nannies/ ayies in Shenzhen.
