24 hours transit russia with separate tickets

Hi! Is a trip from Russia OVB-PKX(DAXING)-Xian-Phuket eligible for 24 hour transit? (total time in China is below 24h). OVB-PKX is flown by s7(5:10 31 OCT 2024). PKX-Xian-Phuket is flown by china eastern. Tickets are separate. In total we're less then 24h in China with both stopss.
Is this also an eligible transit route (as we have 2 stops) for the 24 hrs visa free transit? Do we have to do anything upon arrival ?
Passholders are Russian.

GUESTLORI Yes, it is an eligible route fir the 24 hrs visa free transit. And you need to go through the immigration check in Daxing Airport, and apply for a 24 hrs temporary entry permit at the border counter for the next flight. At Xi'an Airport, you will also have a immigration check to exit China for your international flight.
