Does China want to be Number One when it comes to their acceptance by other nations?

This is for the “Cs”, which includes both Canada and China. It looks like the Canadians are going to rethink their support of the American Automobile Industry due to the new American tariffs set to take place thereby first negating the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) of 2020 and then affecting all the other Canadian exports to the US. Now, how long will it take for the Canadians to work out new automobile assembly operations with Japan, Korea, Europe and even China (home of the fastest growing international auto company in world history, BYD) as well as linking these new production companies to improved exports of their other domestic products, including oil and gas, to the nations wanting to set up 100% non-American vehicle production in Canada? Like Canada, China has a great opportunity to move to Number One when it comes to automobile production and world sales. Europe, Canada and China would win. This could really change the world’s economic system, right?
