I guess not the famous National Business Review magazine... there's a stockmarket company called Nabors Industries that is referred to as NBR

I don't know, but I guess NBR here has some connection with cruise or cruise cabin, I heard from an American, and haven't got a chance to ask him.

I agree with Mishen,but,maybe,I think it stands for National Bank of Romania!
