Which way is better?

Hi, I will be going to ZhongShan and would like to visit Beijing and i need to go to Hong Kong airport as my last destination... Here are my options:
1- Take a round trip from GuangZhou new baiyun airport to Beijing. Then from GuangZhou, take the bus to the train station, then take train to Hong Kong, then bus to hong kong Airport. (i couldn't find a flight that can take me to Hong Kong on elong.com)

2- Take the flight from GuangZhou New Baiyun airport to Beijing, then take the plane from Beijing to ShenZhen, then take the bus from ShenZhen airport to Hong Kong Airport.

3- Take one way from GuanZhou to Beijing, then One way from Beijing to HOng Kong. I do not like this option, b/c the plane ticket is very very expensive, up in the 2000rmb (on elong.com)

I prefer option 2, it is the most economical one and not so complicated as option 1.

Option 3 is too expensive.
