Good Food in Hong Kong

I've been to Hong Kong many times in the past couple years for business trip! 
The best thing about Hong Kong is first of all it's a Shopping Heaven and secondly it has the best Food and Beverage in Asia.
I've recently discovered a new restaurant in an area call Wan Chai on the Hong Kong Island Side.
' The Vietnam Woods ' known as the best Vietnamese Cuisine in Hong Kong, the founder has been running vietnamese restaurants over 35 years, which has the longest vietnamese food history in HK.
I would put this restaurant on a  ' Must Eat ' list when visiting HK!

Recommend dishes: Deep Fried Minced Shrimp Cake, Spring Roll, Curry Chicken with Garlic Bread, Vietnamese Gilled Fish
