You do not need any shots (vaccinations) to come to China. You might choose to have some though. One hepatitis is a possibility. I didn't get any before coming here.

i have an L visa, i have also got a work permit certificate from Chengu Gov't. i need to leave china before my L visa expires. can i go to macao and take a 1 month work visa from chinese consulate in macao and come back to china? if yes do i need any visa to enter macao? if yes, how do i get the macao entry permit and what are the requirements?

Most nationalities don't. However I can't answer your question for sure unless you indicate your passport nationality.
