![]() | Thanks California' We are not getting any nearer to solving the puzzzle though. The English says spagetti which is a kind of noodle, frog, well that speaks for itself but the 'au gratin' is a french term for a white/cheese sauce if my memory serves me correctly. Any more suggestions or help on this one. |

![]() | Usually,we didn't put the dish in the noodle!I think the dish is common in Hunan or Guizhou province. 烤肠 in Pinyin is Kao Chang,it can be translated Roast sausage! sorry,I have no idea about the french term. ![]() |

![]() | i got it, i think. "kao chang" in hanyu pin yin is bbq or roasted large or small intestine, which is probably from pig or chicken for sure,if it is small. |

![]() | Thanks Guys, I can see how there is a problem with the translation. Sausage - is made by stuffing the bowel with a tasty mixture of meatsetc and cooking, maybe bbq. So roast or bbq sausage would be a more accurate translation!!!!!! |
