Friends ..... or Food?

There is a saying ... "the chinese will eat anything with 4 legs and the back facing the sky"
But then, many nationalities around the world are doing exactly the same thing. Some may be worse. Primates are considered a delicasy in some parts of Africa. Why do animal activist condemned the eating of dogs as food? Frankly, farm-bred dogs are no different from farm-bred pigs. Any comments?

I don't know what the taste of dog meat is ,but it must not as delicious as pork ,chicken ,beef~~ because we all know that if its savor cater for the taste the majority ,it must be a common dish already .But now , you can hardly find a restaurant serve dog meat ,that is not because it is our friend or pet ,but it is not popular among the majority .

I love dogs, especially those little ones. Every time I see baby dogs being sold, I feel extremely sad.

The thought of eating dogs is so repulsive. Disgusting!! I tried to elicit comments by using the term "farm-bred dogs". So far many people are keeping silent on this topic. I'm happy that Conny & Rita speak up. Thanks ladies. We are together. Round one, the dog wins.

I found dog is the most popular pet for people ,every morning I saw many indefatigable hosts walk their beloved dog,so,they are our friends of course

I, unfortunately, have tried dogmeat. It has a rather gamey taste, and I wouldn't eat it again. It reminded me of a strong venison flavor, but that could have been the spices. It wasn't too bad, but I felt guilty eating it. Weird...

For my nationality,we don't eat dogs!!!
