GUEST11098 Hi, I was just reading your comments about Sanya. We just spent 5 days there. We stayed at the Sanya Royal Gardens. We loved the place. We were interested in renting an apartment there. Close, or over looking the beach. We are not able to buy, but would love to rent. Does anyone have any info about the cost of renting? We would be interested in a 2-3 bedroom, furnished.

My name is Frank.

GUEST15553 Hi VM, crime in Sanya is relatively very low as the same in most of China. However, be careful of petty theft of your personal items. The local area is less developed with plenty of people who make very little money and some local younger men are the typical stereotype who will engage in petty thievery. Be careful about leaving your things unattended at the beach areas, better to ask someone to keep an eye on them while you go for your swim, etc. lots more info about Sanya at www.sanyaexpat.com, Cheers, Mario
