Close, or over looking the beach. We are not able to buy, but would love to rent. Does anyone have any info about the cost of renting? We would be interested in a 2-3 bedroom, furnished. Hi VM, crime in Sanya is relatively very low as the same in most of China. However, be careful of petty theft of your personal items. The local area is less developed with plenty of people who make very little money and some local younger men are the typical stereotype who will engage in petty thievery.
