Are Visas granted to Ccitizens of China to visit the United States for that purpose?

Yes, you can get a visa but you must have a US citizen apply for a fiancee visa to be allowed to enter America. They require that you and the US citizen meet before they apply for the visa. You would have to take a medical exam that the American Consulate approves. I myself got married to a Chinese lady in China, but I know the process for the fiancee visa's. I had to apply for a spouse visa. If the fiancee visa is processed and approved, the non citizen like from China will have to prove they will get married within 90 days after arriving in the US. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me anytime.
