I am a great coffee drinker. I drink about 6 cups a day. When I travelled to China I have to bring my own 3-in-1 coffee. Sadly, some hotels do not provide water jug for boiling water.

There are lots of great coffee shops springing up across China serving good coffee and sometimes great cakes etc.

Starbucks is making a big splash and would have to be better than Big Mac and KFC if you're desperate.
Other option of course is take your own and make it. Hot water is always supplied in hotels, if not a kettle in which to boil it.

You should not have to go without.

Hi Venus,

My wife is from Shanghai and she drinks both tea and coffee. There are some nice coffee shops in Shanghai. The cost was about 60 yuan RMB for 3 cups of coffee. The cost is around average about like Starbucks, so if you ever go to Shanghai you can find them.

I drink both tea and coffee, but prefer tea. Tea is healthy and good to keep fit! LoL
