Great! I now have a list of 'things to eat' and 'things not to eat'!

I do not like food 'glaring' at me but I do love seafood. Is seafood available throughout the mainland or mostly just in coastal areas?

California and Rita, this dialogue between the two of you is really so very funny for me to read !!! You, two should form a TCG ’Comedy Team’!! I think people would ‘pay’ to see and listen to the both of you !!! HA HA HA........

> Rita, I just heard that the part around fish's eyes were very delicious…..really ??? I have never eaten it! (California)

> Try it yourself sometime, California. You'll find out how tasty it is :)
(Rita)

> I can't Rita!!! I don't want to hurt its eyes!!!
(California)

Question for Rita: How would you describe to all of us here, [the difference in the taste], between the ’part around the fish’s eyes, and the other ’parts’ of the fish‘s head ??? HA HA HA :) :)

I am sure this forum is good AND funny, it has always been and it will always be. Trust me, the conversation between me and California was not the funniest. Try harder to find out yourself, Rogerinca.

Sorry, I can't tell the difference of the taste between the two parts of the fish you mentioned, you gotto find it out yourself, too, I can't help you. I don't eat fish head, I eat fish eyes because so many people told me eating fish eyes are good for MY eyes, and later I found out, it might not only be good for my eyes, it tastes not bad. From your posts, I guess you speak and read Chinese, then maybe you heard the saying: 吃哪补哪!

If you found this forum is funny and interesting, sit back and enjoy!

Cheers!

Yes, Cali, pig's liver is delicious and good for people! I like it.
In most part of northwest China, Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia,etc.. many people prefer mutton. And also sheep's bowels, liver, heart, etc. Is it an unbelievable and scary thing for foreigners?
