I have been to Shanghai 2 times in 2005 and it is safe in Shanghai during the day and at night. I have my wife who has been living in Shanghai for some time, so I have the pleasure to have a personal tour guide. Is this your first trip to Shanghai? There are a lot of things to see in Shanghai. At night, the Bund with its lights is very beautiful and romantic. I hope you enjoy your trip.
