Hi, California, you hate Choudoufu!!! :-)

My foreign teacher told us that the smell of Choudoufu is just like that of rotten dead bodies. Disgusting smell, right? Still there are a great number of people being crazy about it. Unbelievable!

As a native of Jilin Province, I feel very happy that Jicai has become a special cuisine of the whole Chinese food culture. I have seen many cook books about Jicai. Many of them can be made at home. Easy and very delicious!

hi, California, I dislike Yue Cai very much, for it is too light for me. The exact same feeling with you. In fact I just ate Yue Cai for only once, but I told myself that I would never eat it. :)

Actually,I like Guang Dong lobster,so delicious!

I know,Dongbei ren will feel too light to eat!But I think Guangdang ren will feel too salty when they eat Dongbei Cai:-)
