It's timely support, or else my thread made me look like a racist, hehe~. Yeah, organized group activity of pick pocketing or purse snatching! that's what i am talking about, there must be something wrong with those guys. I mean it started a few years ago, say, at most 4 years, right?

o, no, Rita. I've seen Xinjiang pickpockets in Xian at least 7 years ago! Of course, there are Han or other nationality pickpockets in Xian too. One of my mobile phone were even 'lost' in college library. So I don't think the nationality & education & many other factors are the dominate reason. Poverty and laziness should be!
