I love all Chinese dishes, generally. But have a special liking for pig's ears in soya sauce & sliced in shreds !! Crunchy & tasty.

Wow! I would have never imagine that Sweet potatos are the nº1 anti-tumor vegetable!!! I would have said spinachs or something greener and not that tasty!!! :D
