hi!!!! for travelling from Shanghai to Xi an and then from Xi an to Beijig... what must i choose..
train or lon-distance bus???
which one is faster and which one is cheaper?????
and which is the most reliable and secure????

Hi Champy,

Have not seen you for awhile !!

I rented the DVD Evita and watched it last night and I thought of you !! It is a very good film.

Bring Calif' a 'Beer' (cervesa)from Argentina, I think that is what he would really enjoy !! LOL LOL

Also, I bring packaged snacks, candy etc, from my home all the time I visit China. It is only the fresh produce (fruit and vegetables) and other uncooked, unpacked edibles that are a problem to bring into another country.

I agree, the train is safer and cheaper. There are too many fatal accidents on the roads, so the train is the best way to go.

Taking train is very good, though it takes much longer than flights, but you can sleep the extra time off. Furthermore, it's much cheaper.

But it is best to ask someone or agency to buy the train tickets for you. It's not a easy thing to get especially when u can't speak Chinese...
