Does anybody know any good universities which offer chinese (mandarin) language courses for foreigners for a reasonable price? Thank you

I'm not sure how much time you'd have but there's a great podcast called ChinesePod that teaches you Mandarin from a learning center in Shanghai. It's not only free, but you can learn when you want to. Here's the link:
