where can i find homestay for me and my friends?

We will be studying Chinese language during those 3 weeks and we have already completed 60 hours of Chinese in France. Where can we find free homestay (we are willing to tutor English or French) in Shanghai? We tried searching online but didn't have much luck. We tried contacting one agency in Shanghai and they didn't reply. Please help us as we already bought our air tickets. Thanks very much.
