Yes, SG citizens are given the privilege of visiting China without the need of visa now - since 3 yrs ago.
Enjoy your trip to Hainan as often as u want.

Hi, LEEJOHN

If time permits, you could visit Sanya. After that, you will know whether it is worthy.

As the southernmost city, as the unique tropical city in our China, I think it's very worthy to visit. If you know nothing about Hainan, I'd like to recommend a nice website to you. www.chinasanya.com

Hope it helps & Welcome to China!

Are you in the tourist line?
Any special offer ? There is a great possibility that we may visit Sanya during our trip to Hainan Island.

What is the hotel charge like ? There are 9 of us.

A Malaysian needs a Chinese visa if he wants to visit any part of the Mainland China, and Hainan is part of Mainland China. A Malaysian will get visa-free to HK for 90 days and Macau for 30 days. You may apply at the China Consular Visa Section, 1st Floor, OSK Building, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

GUESTMARTI I understand that a total of 26 countries' citizens can enter Hainan Island as tourist on visa-free basis. Can you tell me which 26 countries these are. Is the Netherlands one of them?
