finding a budget hotel in hong kong

i will be in hong kong at 2nd aug until 8th of aug. can anyone help me to decide on the hotel to stay. as my budget is quite tight... a cheap hotel will do. but hope it can be clean n safe....

I stayed at the Evergreen the last time I went to Hong Kong. It was fine. I booked the room on Asiarooms.com before I went - mainly because that was the best price I could get.
