I search some chinese tourism website, they recommend the 3 ones.

Here's more info about the Balangxue hotel. It sounds cool!
Tips : The best Season to travel Tibet is in July-August. So you'd better make a reservation ahead of time.

The Banak Shol Hotel (Balangxue luguan) is another popular hotel in Lhasa with a charming Tibetan-style courtyard.

The hotel offers basic dorms and a range of rooms with or without bathrooms. The cozy Tibetan style rooms fronted by verandas face into the inner courtyard and are really quite sweet.

The hotel also offers a free laundry service and bicycles for hire. The hotel restaurant, Kailash Restaurant on the second floor, is one of Lhasa's most popular places to eat and drink. The bar stays open late if there are customers guzzling and there is a useful information board here too. The hotel roof is also pleasant to sit out on during summer.

This is a good value hotel although the rooms at the front can be a bit noisy.
