Does anyone knows how can I transfer money to my brother who is in Lhasa?
I didn't find Western Union agent in Lhasa

Hi Andsu,

You can ask your brother to open an account in Bank of China in Lhasa. Bank of China provide foreign currency transfer service. And then you can transfer money to your brother's account. It is convenient and safe.

Thanx for this info, it didn't come to my mind that they could hava written Lasa not Lhasa.

This way it's much easier than opening an account, but thanx to you to PEA28COCK.
