Dunno what is the real reason for gals to wear high-heels. But I do witness gals wearing high-heels when on travel - even on the Great Wall !!
If u notice, gals who wear high-heels often, have their toes squeezed. Not much different from the feet of those feet-binders of yester-years - just on different scale.
Women are wonderful beings !!

i'm totally sympathetic with any fetishes and whims of a girl, my advice is: try brands like Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo from London, they are amazingly comfortable

If only i could, I would choose the 'no shoes at all' option. You all know why I can't. I don't wanna die... :) and if i would wear heels, it wouldnt take me long to hurt myself, or even fall and die :)... Flat shoes. Definitely. So much more comfortable. We spend years standing on our feet. Be nice with them. Take care of them. Really.

here is moscow, many girls wear high-heels, even they say that already feel unusual without heels. i have many female friends they walk all year long on heels, even in winter ( we have much snow and ice in winter here). to feel pain it will take them maybe over 5 hours of walking, my friend she is over 184cm height but still wear high-heels. why they do it? i can't say it,,,maybe it is their style, and same as i /we can't understand how they wear it,,,they can\t understand how i/we can not wear it.

I wear high heels everyday; just change heel height often. I mostly wear 4 inches pump to work and keep my 5 inches for evening. I love spike heels.
